What happens if something goes wrong?
Calls are the part of your business that can't be down, so we monitor closely through your first week and stay reachable after that. Professional plans get a 24-hour response commitment, and multi-location accounts get a dedicated manager.
Is there a free trial?
No — every deployment involves real setup work on our side, so we don't offer a free trial. Instead there's a 7-day refund: if the agent isn't working for you in the first week, we refund the setup fee, no questions asked. Monthly plans are cancellable with 7 days' notice.
How much extra revenue should I expect?
It depends entirely on your call volume and what an appointment is worth to you, and anyone quoting you a universal number is guessing. On the demo call we'll work through your actual numbers — calls per week, missed-call rate, average job or appointment value — and you'll see the arithmetic for your business before you commit to anything.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month plans cancel with 7 days' notice. Annual plans have a cancellation policy we go through with you before you sign.
