These terms cover your use of this website. The terms of the actual service are set out in the customer agreement we sign with you before anything goes live.

Using this site

You are welcome to read it, use the calculator, and get in touch. Please do not try to break it, scrape it at volume, or submit the form with someone else's details.

The numbers on this site

Pricing shown here is current at the date above and may change; the price you are quoted in writing is the price that applies to you. The ROI calculator is an arithmetic tool that multiplies out the figures you enter. It is an estimate, not a projection, a promise, or a guarantee of results.

Industry statistics quoted on this site are typical ranges for small businesses, not measured MrClockwork results.

Refunds and cancellation

We describe a 7-day setup-fee refund and month-to-month cancellation with 7 days' notice. Those commitments are real, and the binding version lives in your customer agreement. Annual plans have their own cancellation terms, which we go through with you before you sign.

Availability

This is a marketing website. We do not promise it will be available uninterrupted. Service-level commitments for the product itself are in the customer agreement.
