This page covers what happens to information you give us through this website. It is deliberately short, because this website does very little with your data.
What we collect here
Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, rough call volume, the system you use, and anything you write in the message box.
The ROI calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you put into it are never sent to us or stored anywhere.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about MrClockwork and to prepare for your call. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop.
Who else sees it
Form submissions pass through the form and email providers we use to run the business. They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Customer call data
If you become a customer, the handling of your callers' data — recordings, transcripts, appointment details — is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page. Call data is encrypted in transit and at rest, it belongs to you, it is exportable at any time, and we will delete it on request.
Call recording consent requirements vary by state. We will set up the appropriate disclosure for your jurisdiction as part of onboarding.
Your choices
Email hello@mrclockwork.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for customers, tell you directly.
